You downloaded the Limited Liability Company (LLC) paperwork from the Secretary of State’s office, filled it out, and sent it in with a check. NOW WHAT?“Forming a Valid Single Member Limited Liability Company”
Now you need to complete your Operating Agreement and Corporate Book. On Tuesday, April 5, 2011, YMT and ECDI are hosting a Limited Liability Company (LLC) Legal Clinic!
Julie Phillips and Caroline Worley with Worley Law, LLC will work those of you who have registered your LLC, but still need to fulfill the remaining requirements necessary in Ohio to form a valid Limited Liability Company. Services in clinic include:
- Drafting an Operating Agreement that sets forth the rights and responsibilities of the business owner.
- A corporate Book with all Entity documentation inside, including LLC unit/share certificates; minutes of meetings, and any resolutions made by the LLC.
- Follow-Up one-hour session to answer any remaining questions.
