What is a Top Ambassador?
Our social tracking system gives you information no one else does: who your top influencers are.
Influential people who help get the word out about your event are called Top Ambassadors, and eEvent has a special program to help you find out who they are and reward them. They can invite others via email or their favorite social media sites, encouraging their friends to come along to the event and help increase attendance. Each time their unique link leads to a registration, they earn points and move up in that event’s Top Ambassadors leaderboard.
Why do people want to help spread the word?
Encouraging friends to come along and getting the word out will make the event more enjoyable for your guests. Some event planners use the “Social Rewards” eEvent feature to recognize the leaders for their effort and give them a relevant reward such as priority seating, parking or other special treatment. The more guests share and encourage registrations, the more points they earn to unlock these privileges, all the while helping you increase attendance.
How do people move up in the leaderboards?
When someone registers for an event, they are automatically an eEvent Ambassador for that event. They are automatically prompted to share their unique share link for the event via social media or email. When that link is clicked and leads to a registration, you get points that move you up in the leaderboards. They can share it as many times as they like, so be sure to encourage them to share the event in the automatic event reminder emails on eEvent.
