About This Event
This fitness/self-defense class* is spefically designed for busy professionals by Steve Hartono, a dedicated business owner who is also a seasoned profesional instructor in Self-Defense.
The focus of this class is on fitness for health benefits, fight obesity, stay healthy and have fun learning self-defense while doing it.
Every Saturday from 1-2.30pm (1st class for October's session starting Saturday 10/08/2011, repeat every Saturday until 11/04/2011)
Mr. Hartono has limited time to teach but is committed to spread the importance of being physically fit for busy professionals just like himself. Scholarship is available for eSolutech's team members, friends, business partners and affiliates. Please email me to andis@esolutech.com for scholarship and more information. Be fit and fearless!
