About This Event
The social mobile app, SocialScope, has a lot of loyal users in Jakarta, and SocialScope wanted to do something here.
A quick mixer with some food/drinks where SocialScope will preview some changes and redesigns they're going to launch in April, and give away some goodies to users, like things with SocialScope new logo, invite codes, and a Kindle Fire. This event is mostly a social event rather than a tech talk.
The talk will be brought by Michael Venzke. The talk will be mostly a preview of the new version of SocialScope. He'll also talk about some non-SocialScope things your group might be interested in, like issues in trying to make a social app run fast in Southeast Asia.

#StartupLokal
THE #STARTUPLOKAL COMMUNITY
The #StartupLokal Community is a melting pot between startups owner, developers, investors and media to collaborate and found each other. Since May 2010, this community held monthly #StartupLokal Meetup every Thursday of the first week, open for public, and we strive to keep our monthly events free of charge.
On average, we have around 150-335 participants each month coming to our monthly meetups. Our topics diverse ranging from communication, marketing, public relation, investment and those related to the businesses of the startups industries. We are focusing on the business aspects rather than the technology and IT aspects, because we see startups as very advance in technology implementation, but lacking of business skill.
